Hello Lovelies, I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in Central Florida. I obtained my master’s in marriage and family therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I am particularly interested in working with clients who are in a season of transformation regarding self-esteem, relationships, life and career goals, and stress management. I specialize in couples work and I'm Gottman certified. I work with clients who may be experiencing severe anxiety and depression within their lives related to their relationships or Family.
A WORLD VIEW approach to overcoming setbacks.
I have international experience in Europe and the US through educational and professional background in psychiatric services that ENHANCES HOPE and RESILIENCE to overcome LIFE SPAN issues relating to mental health, substance addiction and offending behavior difficulties. I believe in a pollination of growth ideas which encompasses diverse cultural ways of problem resolution.
With over 10 years of experience, I help adults, young adults, and college students navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, overthinking, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients appear to have it all together on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. Many of my clients are high-functioning but internally overwhelmed, overthinking and emotionally exhausted.
My approach is warm, supportive, and insight-driven, while also being direct and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based techniques to help clients build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. I work especially well with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
I am licensed in Illinois, Nevada and Florida and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their growth and healing process.
Life isn’t easy—especially when you’ve always been the strong one everyone else depends on. From the outside, you may look like you’re holding it all together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. If you’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to care for yourself, you’re not alone.
I’m Melanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Texas, Mississippi, and Florida. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My passion is helping people move beyond survival mode, quiet overthinking, regulate intense emotions, heal from past experiences, and rebuild trust in themselves.
My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR to help you better understand yourself while creating meaningful, lasting change.
I believe therapy isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reconnecting with the version of yourself that existed before anxiety, self-doubt, or past experiences convinced you otherwise. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel seen, supported, challenged, and empowered as you build healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and a life that feels more authentic. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself anymore.
Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication.
My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life.
Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.
Hi, I’m Dr. Kristen Montiel. If you’re here, chances are something in your relationship, or within yourself, feels harder than it should.
You might be:
-Overthinking, anxious, or needing reassurance in relationships
- Feeling disconnected from your partner, even when things seem to be going okay
-Trying to repair after a betrayal or affair and unsure how to move forward
- You are a high-achieving, self-aware person who’s frustrated that insight hasn’t led to change yet
I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals and couples, including those navigating affair recovery, parenthood, anxiety, and relationship disconnection. I know searching for a therapist can be a daunting process but I'm so glad you're here!
With over 15 years of experience and training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, I help clients understand the deeper patterns driving their experiences and how to actually change them. My goal is to help you feel more secure, connected, and confident in your relationships and in yourself.
Hi, I’m Beverly and I began seeing psychotherapy clients in January, 1999. I have long term, varied experience providing therapy in multiple settings, including private practice, online platforms, Kaiser Permanente department of psychiatry, outpatient clinics, Hospice, inpatient medical detox, and various school and university settings. I am also a Chopra certified meditation instructor.
Currently, I work primarily with high functioning, high insight adult individuals in private practice, focusing on women’s issues, healthy relationship dynamics and skills, mind/body healing, and personal development and empowerment.
I take an individually focused approach, created in partnership with each client, utilizing creativity, often image/metaphor, symbolic dream work and integrated somatic focus. I love to share the gifts gained as a Chopra instructor as well, to those interested in utilizing meditation. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, understanding space and for you to consistently leave feeling significantly better!
Hi! I'm Wen. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I help adults who are struggling to deal with everyday stressors and burnout. I empathetically listen to what you have to share and want to fully understand your situation before working collaboratively on solutions. I consider myself a direct person and try to break down the concepts that I teach into easily understood ideas.
Welcome, I’m Sam Moglen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for individuals throughout California and Florida via online sessions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at ease in your daily life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and attuned to your nervous system. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system-based approaches to help you process difficult experiences and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Rather than just talking about problems, we’ll gently work with both your thoughts and your body’s responses so you can experience lasting change, not just temporary relief.
Starting therapy can feel empowering, confusing, or even intimidating—and it’s worth taking a moment to recognize the courage it takes to take this first step toward caring for your mental health. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where you can explore challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-care, and more. My goal is to help you strengthen communication and boundaries with yourself and others so that you can improve your quality of life and move toward the future you envision. Therapy is not just about overcoming obstacles—it’s also about personal growth. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and identify strategies to help you move toward them, whether that means change over the next month, six months, or a year. You’ll leave our sessions with practical insights and “next steps” you can put into action right away. I believe life’s purpose isn’t simply to be happy, but to find meaning—and within that meaning, joy emerges. While the journey isn’t always easy, it can be transformative. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addictions Professional, Internationally Certified Drug Counselor, and Behavior Analyst. I take a strength-based approach, helping you use your unique abilities to address challenges. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to empower you in creating lasting change. Most importantly, I bring a relaxed, compassionate, and trustworthy presence, fostering a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and supported.
I’m a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental therapist who believes therapy should be tailored to the individual. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, drawing from different therapeutic approaches based on your needs. I also understand what it’s like to be a client, which helps shape the care and respect I bring to our work together.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado, Missouri, Georgia, Texas, and Florida (telehealth only in Fl.) and I specialize in helping people overcome substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. In my years of experience, I have worked in private practice, community mental health, & state and federal agencies. I received my Master of Arts from Asbury Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. I genuinely love what I do and feel helping people overcome, heal, and find peace on earth is a fight worth contending for. I have a plethora of life experience working in construction, food service, and various ministries that adds to my experience.
Life transitions, grief, and loss can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to face them alone. In therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being open and vulnerable, while also finding the encouragement you need to move forward.
My approach blends empathic listening with practical planning, helping you draw on your strengths while working through challenges. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs—there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and create a path toward the goals and peace you’re seeking.

Welcome, I am Tatiana, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 20 years of experience, and at the heart of my work is a deep belief in women's capacity to grow, heal, and thrive. I am passionate about helping women build meaningful, fulfilling lives by focusing not on what is “wrong,” but on what is already strong. My approach is grounded in positive psychology, emphasizing your inherent strengths, resilience, and ability to grow through life’s challenges.
My specialization centers on supporting women through life’s many transitions. Whether you are navigating the excitement and uncertainty of college, the complexities of relationships and parenting, the physical and emotional shifts of menopause, or the rediscovery of self during empty nesting, therapy becomes a space for reflection, growth, and renewed purpose. Central to my work is a growth mindset approach, helping women understand that abilities, emotional skills, and confidence are not fixed, but can be developed over time through awareness, effort, and self-compassion.
For moms, I offer guidance rooted in child development, supporting you in understanding your child’s emotional, social, and cognitive needs at each stage of growth. Being a mom is not about perfection; it is about growth, repair, and learning alongside your child.

Together, we will identify and strengthen your unique signature strengths, build self-efficacy, cultivate optimism, and support your wellbeing so you can move through each stage of life with confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Hi, I’m Miranda! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Marine Corps veteran. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation—not like you’re being analyzed from across the room. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life changes, or simply feeling stuck. My approach is warm, honest, and practical. There’s space for the hard conversations, the messy ones, and yes, even some laughter along the way. You don’t have to show up knowing exactly what to say or where to start. We’ll figure that part out together and focus on what moving forward looks like for you.
Hi and welcome! We all struggle with the human condition from time to time. As your therapist I’m here to meet you with genuine connection, to truly see and hear you. It's only in a safe, supportive space that we can truly unpack the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that shape our lives and create lasting, intentional change. I offer a unique blend of motivational coaching and in-depth therapy. Together, we’ll take a holistic look at your unique humanness - your strengths, struggles, values and patterns - while working toward practical, goal-oriented solutions that help you reduce emotional suffering and move forward in your life, relationships, and career.
Maybe you're the person everyone depends on—the capable one who keeps going. Underneath, you may be grieving, overwhelmed, questioning relationships, replaying the past, or simply exhausted from carrying so much. I'm Angela, and I work with adults navigating grief, trauma, intense emotions, attachment and relationship patterns, women's issues, and life transitions. My style is warm, human, and active. Using EMDR, ART, CBT, DBT, and attachment-informed approaches, we won't just talk about what happened—we'll understand why it still affects you and build practical ways forward. You don't have to pretend you're okay here.
I work with people who look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed underneath—navigating grief, trauma, intense emotions, relationship patterns, or major life changes. Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you stuck, understand where it began, and build healthier responses so your past no longer has to keep making your decisions for you.
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you're grieving, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or simply tired of carrying so much alone, you deserve a space where you can be real. If you're ready for something to change, I invite you to reach out. We can begin right where you are.
Hello! I’m a Florida-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across outpatient, inpatient, residential, and school-based settings. These experiences have taught me that no two people or stories are alike. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself as you navigate stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
As a former competitive athlete, I’ve learned firsthand the value of perseverance, resilience, teamwork, and showing up even when things feel difficult. These experiences have shaped both who I am and how I approach therapy. I see therapy as a partnership built on trust, genuine connection, and empathy. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs, while meeting you where you are and working together to understand what matters most to you.
I know that starting therapy can feel a little uncomfortable, especially if you are used to being the one who holds everything together. My goal is to make the process feel welcoming, supportive, and real. I want you to feel like you can come in, take a breath, and be yourself.
I work with adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and the emotional weight that can come from difficult experiences. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. We will talk through what is going on, make sense of the patterns that may be getting in your way, and work toward changes that feel realistic for your life.
I do not believe therapy has to feel stiff or overly clinical. There is room for reflection, hard conversations, growth, and yes, even laughter. You do not have to have the perfect words or a clear plan before you begin. Just come as you are, and we can take it from there... together.
Welcome to the start of a new chapter in your life; Having the vulnerability to begin this journey is a huge step in the right direction, and I am proud of you!
While working together, my approach will be warm and collaborative. I believe YOU are the expert on your own life, and in our work together, I’ll provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you tap into your inner strength and build a toolkit for lasting change.
Hello! I’m so glad you took the first step to make meaningful change in your life. I’d love the opportunity to partner with you and learn about your strengths, struggles, and how we move forward together. I believe we all have the answers to the big questions in our lives, but sometimes we get stuck or need a non-judgmental perspective to help us.
As someone who grew up in a military family and is now a military spouse, I understand the unique lifestyle and challenges that military spouses face. As someone who has experienced grief and the loss of a loved one to cancer and a baby to miscarriage, I can empathize with loss and the waves of despair that grief can bring. I take an eclectic approach to therapy and aim to meet you wherever you are, drawing on your experiences and providing you with tools to help guide you toward your goals.
Welcome, I am so glad you are here. Congratulations on taking an important first step towards a healthier you. I would love to help you with your next steps in that journey. I am a licensed mental health counselor serving the state of Florida. Since 2006, I have helped hundreds of people navigate through severe depression and crippling anxiety. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, but will tailor my approach to meet your needs. I use lots of strange analogies, but they seem to help trigger new insights for people and help them to change unhelpful perspectives that they may have been holding on to for years. You will be afforded empathy and respect while we do this work. I challenge people with healthy confrontation if needed, but am also not afraid to use humor as little laughter can go a long way too.
I completed my Masters in 2005, while also starting my journey in the field in 2004. I spent a year working in Opiate addiction but my true passion was children and families. I moved on to intensive services, working with underserved children and their families in rural areas, from 2005-2007. After leaving that position, I moved onto a company doing similar work. where I continued to work with children, families and adults that were underserved for 5 more years. I provided therapy in homes, schools and the office setting. I began to focus in on Trauma work as well as anxiety disorders to include OCD and all other anxiety disorders. After spending nearly 10 years in the field, I decided to get my license in the state of Florida (LMHC-Licensed Mental Health Counselor) and move into a management role where I worked for the past 13 years while also maintaining private clients. I supervise therapists, working to become licensed, so I spend a lot of time consulting on cases of all kinds. In this time I was also trained in various forms of trauma based cognitive behavioral approaches as well as EMDR (still learning however).
I am a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in working with women of all ages. I have a passion in supporting my clients in managing life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, grief, depression, illness, sleep, menopause, aging, body image, eating issues and more. I want for you to function well in your life with energy, happiness, free of guilt or shame with healthy self-esteem, and coping strategies. My work through the years has allowed me to become a skilled listener who can "read between the lines" and help you discover negative thought patterns and beliefs that affect how you feel and function in your every day life. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious or unhappy in many ways right now, but I know that you can feel better and make great progress. Please contact me if you have any questions. :)
I have provided counseling & therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings including schools, group homes, residential treatment facilities, in-office, in-home and virtually.
I earned my B.A. in Psychology from The College of Wooster in 2001. In 2003, after working for 2 years at a non-profit in Washington, DC, I joined the staff of HB Woodlawn Secondary Program, in Arlington, VA, as a counseling assistant and college counselor for students in 6th – 12th grade.
In 2006, I moved to Philadelphia, PA, and earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology & School Counseling from Rosemont College in 2009. During my two practicum experiences, I worked primarily with children and adolescents with a variety of behavioral and mental health issues. I was a guidance counselor at Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, where I provided counseling for students struggling with depression, anxiety, and school or family issues. I was also a therapist at St. Francis St. Joseph Homes for Children, where I provided group, family and individual counseling for homeless or displaced boys who often needed support for trauma and grief.
Since 2009, I have provided therapy in both a Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) in Portsmouth, VA, and as an independent counselor providing in-office and in-home services in San Antonio, TX and Gambrills, MD. At the RTF, I was a co-leader of the Young Women’s Center, which specialized in intensive care for girls aged 12-18 who required treatment for mood disorders, depression, trauma, anxiety & PTSD. Independently, I've worked virtually with children, adults, blended families, as well as military families & veterans.
I'm Kayden Rodriguez, LCSW (he/him or they/them). I work with a wide range of people and concerns: anxiety, life transitions, executive functioning, emotional regulation, identity, relationships, and more that you can read about throughout my profile. My approach is trauma-informed and affirming across the board, including for Queer/LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent folks, and anyone who's felt judged or misunderstood elsewhere, whether that's around kink, polyamory, sex work, race, or anything else. At the end of the day, I just want this to be a space where you feel safe, seen, and actually understood.

Hi, I’m Jerica, a licensed mental health counselor who offers therapy as a place to exhale, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. I help clients navigate identity shifts, trauma, burnout, life transitions, LGBTQ+ exploration, and religious deconstruction. Whether you're processing deep emotional wounds or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I'll meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Many people come to therapy after spending months—or even years—trying to handle everything on their own. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, disconnected, or frustrated that despite your best efforts, things aren't getting better. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can help you regain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience helping adults navigate complex mental health challenges and life stressors. As a Senior Social Worker with the Department of Veterans Affairs, I have extensive experience working with veterans, healthcare professionals, and individuals facing significant emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems—it should help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop realistic strategies for meaningful change. Together, we'll build on your strengths while developing practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges more effectively.
I work particularly well with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD-related challenges, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also have a strong understanding of the unique experiences and challenges faced by veterans and military families.
Meaningful change begins with a willingness to take the first step. If you're ready to gain clarity, build effective coping strategies, and create a path forward that aligns with your goals and values, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
I'm Sherae Green, LMHC, CCTP, founder of Healing Roots Therapy. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients are willing to explore difficult experiences, challenge long-standing patterns, and actively engage in the therapeutic process. My approach is direct, collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, balancing compassion with accountability to help clients create lasting change.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and cultural identity issues. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and attachment-based interventions, I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, achievable goals.
My goal is to help you gain deeper insight into yourself, strengthen your resilience, improve your relationships, and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence. If you're ready to invest in your personal growth and healing, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
Everyone has a story and a unique voice.
Let me help you find yours. I practice cultural competency, cultivating awareness of stagnant emotions through mindfulness, and exploring strengths and passions. I hope to fully support you during this moment in your life and help you meet your goals.
I’m passionate about helping people become aware of the link between body and mind, as they work toward discovering their authentic selves. Sometimes, facilitating change can be overwhelming. I can help you through those times with evidenced-based therapies, including seeking safety and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages, families, and groups on issues of addiction, blended families, divorce, trauma, and spirituality. I have also participated in immersion and liberation psychology programs in Mexico City and El Salvador.
I’ve been using a video platform with my clients for many years. It helps make therapy more accessible, more convenient, and I’ve found it to be just as effective. Also, clients can practice with online tools during and after our sessions.
I love animals, dance fitness, especially Zumba, all types of yoga including earning a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I love to offer guidance to improve overall mental well-being and quality of life.
Hi, I'm Ashley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Reiki II practitioner. I believe that somewhere underneath the anxiety, the self-doubt, and the patterns that keep repeating, there is a version of you that already knows the way. My job isn't to fix you. It's to create a space steady enough that you can actually hear yourself. Together we get curious about the thoughts that won't quiet down, the emotions that feel bigger than the moment, the behaviors that keep showing up even when you don't want them to, and what all of it is actually trying to tell you. I utilize a holistic approach, bringing tools into our work that help you understand what's happening in your mind and body when you're overwhelmed, so you can actually do something about it instead of just surviving it. But more than any method or modality, I show up as a real person walking alongside you, trusting that you are the expert on your own life. If you're ready to listen to that wiser part of yourself and create meaningful change, I'd be honored to walk with you.
Hi! I'm glad you're here. There is no shame in reaching out for help, and you don't have to walk this journey alone. Starting therapy can often feel overwhelming, and it takes incredible courage to take the first steps toward healing. If you feel stuck in anxiety or depression and are tired of going through the motions, I'm committed to helping you get your quality of life back. I am especially passionate about empowering trauma survivors to move past feeling defined by their painful experiences.
Welcome! I'm Rachel.
I want to first acknowledge that you've taken a courageous step in seeking therapy, and I’m so glad you're here. Starting this process can feel empowering, confusing, or even a little scary, and that’s completely okay. Together, we’ll dive into what’s challenging you right now—whether it’s anxiety, depression, postpartum concerns, grief, self-confidence struggles, or parenting hurdles. We’ll also explore where you want to be in the next month, six months, or year.
In our sessions, we’ll break down your concerns and create strategies that work for you, focusing on practical actions you can take right away. I strive to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can feel heard and supported. My approach emphasizes developing assertive communication and boundaries, helping you build the life you truly deserve.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and there’s always space for suggestions and accountability as we work together. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you move forward.
I bring a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to counseling, grounded in my Christian faith and a deep belief in the value, dignity, and uniqueness of each person. I use evidence-based approaches to help adults navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected while developing practical tools and greater clarity for moving forward.
Welcome — I'm Sergio
Navigating life’s challenges takes courage, and seeking support is a powerful first step. I’m Sergio, a bilingual counselor (English/Español) with a deep commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families find clarity, healing, and direction.
Before opening my private practice, I spent years as a healthcare executive—leading teams, shaping systems, and supporting people through complex transitions. That experience gave me a broad perspective and a deep understanding of how emotional, relational, and systemic factors impact our well-being. I bring that expertise into every session, combining strategic insight with heartfelt compassion.
My strength lies in guiding others. Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a steady hand and a safe space to explore what’s next. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, work through barriers, and build a path toward meaningful change.
You deserve support that’s both wise and warm. Let’s begin your journey, I'll hold the lantern, so you can find the path ahead — creando calma en la tormenta y claridad en medio del caos.
Your mind and habits will create either barriers or bridges to a better future - written by Al Siebert. Hi, I’m Diana Robinson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationships, identity, and major life transitions.
You’re capable, driven, and probably pretty good at holding things together. But that doesn’t necessarily mean you feel okay underneath it all. Maybe your mind doesn’t slow down, your emotions feel bigger than other people realize, or you’ve spent years adjusting yourself to fit into environments that didn’t always fit you.
I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent adults. As a queer-identified and neurodivergent therapist myself, I understand that being different from the expected norm can shape how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. I also know that anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm don’t always exist in isolation. Sometimes they’re connected to years of masking, overthinking, over-functioning, difficult relationships, or trying to navigate environments that don’t account for how your brain or nervous system works.
My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and practical. I use CBT and DBT-informed skills along with somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches. I’ll listen and validate you, but I won’t simply nod along. I’ll ask questions, offer honest reflection, and gently challenge you when I think it can help.
My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and develop tools you can actually use outside of therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. We can start where you are.
I’m a direct, honest therapist who believes real change happens when we stop pretending things are fine. I work especially well with individuals who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, over-functioning, or putting others’ needs before their own. I help clients develop healthier boundaries, strengthen self-worth, and create relationships that feel more balanced and authentic. I understand the tug-of-war between wanting relief and wanting control — and how exhausting it is to live in that space.
I also get how hard it is to find balance in a world that moves too fast and demands too much. If you’re tired of surface-level fixes, quick advice, or being told what you should do, we’ll probably work well together. I’m not a quick-fix or band-aid therapist. My goal is to help you slow things down, get honest, and reconnect with your truth — not the version of you shaped by pressure, expectations, or survival mode.
Hi! I’m Jessica, a therapist passionate about helping people find healing, clarity, and confidence. I work with clients who may feel stuck in negative thought patterns, weighed down by emotions, or unsure of how to move forward. In therapy, I provide a supportive environment where you can process, heal, and grow. My approach blends practical strategies with deeper exploration, so you not only learn new tools but also create lasting changes. The impact of this work is helping you feel more in control, more connected, and more at peace in your daily life.

Hello, hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of professional work experience. I am currently licensed in Arkansas, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Florida (tele-health only license). I have experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
I strongly believe “change your thoughts, change your life,” and using the CBT and Solutions-Focused approaches can help a person recognize how self-defeating thought patterns can hinder their growth.
Many of my clients come to me initially feeling lost, overwhelmed, confused, or just wanting to expand their purpose, challenge themselves, or even rediscover who they are. Many are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or even symptoms they can't explain or identify. I serve a vast variety of clients and complexities, but one common goal is- "I just want to feel better." And together... we accomplish that and more. We’ll work together to develop strategies that empower you to overcome obstacles and bounce back stronger.

My approach is collaborative and grounded, with a focus on helping you build greater self-awareness, confidence, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what you want.
I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am a former school counselor who spent over 20 years helping students and their families work corporately to identify and manage feelings and behaviors that impacted daily functioning. I graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in teaching and completed my graduate work in counseling at Florida International University and Barry University. My passion for being in this field comes from believing that every individual should have a safe space to work through life challenges while feeling supported.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in a space where you feel truly understood, and where growth feels both possible and sustainable.

Hi! I'm Shana, and it is my passion to help folks just like you. We all have seasons in our lives where we find ourselves...just...not okay. If this is you, you've come to the right place. You'll have a safe space to process thoughts/feelings/behaviors, and you'll be met with compassion and a nonjudgmental presence, while we work together to find the way back to you.
I'm looking forward to meeting you!

I believe that to truly understand ourselves in the present, we need to explore the experiences that shaped us and how they continue to influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In therapy, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself openly, process what you’ve been through, and begin to see yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
I became a therapist because I know firsthand that treatment works. I also know what it feels like to carry crippling anxiety, to feel weighed down by trauma we don’t fully understand, to blame ourselves for feeling depressed, and to wonder if we’ll ever find a way forward. Those struggles have shaped me, and they’ve given me a deep passion for helping others find hope, healing, and strength in their own stories.
The clients who thrive in my care are those who are ready to grow—willing to unravel the complexities of their past, strengthen their voice, and step into a deeper sense of pride in who they are becoming. If you’re feeling stuck but still holding on to even a spark of hope, therapy can help you nurture it into something brighter. You don’t have to walk this path alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Hi, I’m Zaneb! I’m a licensed mental health therapist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and the pressure to have everything figured out. My style is warm, conversational, and practical. Therapy with me is a space where you can be yourself while also learning tools that actually help outside of session.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, and for more than 14 years I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples through meaningful personal growth. I received my Master’s in Counseling Education from the University of Central Florida (CACREP accredited) along with a certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship concerns, as well as those coping with trauma, low self-esteem, grief, and major life changes. I’m passionate about helping people strengthen their communication, set healthy boundaries, understand their core beliefs, and build the skills that support lasting emotional well‑being and healthier relationships.
Hello, my name is Justine Nyman.
I want to thank you for taking the time to seek support. It is not easy to reach out or even realize that counseling/support is needed. So, I welcome you to therapy.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have 10 years' experience and continue to grow in my therapeutic approaches and my knowledge as a therapist.
I create an environment where the client feels comfortable and open to emotional vulnerability. In order to express ourselves and be open with our struggles we need to feel comfortable in the therapeutic process. I use acceptance with my clients and don't judge them based on their history or their current choices. I want the client to feel that they can start their journey, set goals, use coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.
Counseling is a process and takes time. Some individuals require more time than others and that is okay. I believe in moving with the pace of the client, through setting goals and practicing tools is essential for change. In order to feel change, we need to make changes in our everyday lives. If we don't initiate changes, it becomes a struggle to move forward.
"Practice makes permanent"
I look forward to working with you on your journey of growth, mastery, and success.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting adults through cancer, survivorship, caregiving, and other major life and medical transitions. My work often focuses on the emotional and relational impact of these experiences—including anxiety, grief, changes in identity and body image, relationship concerns, and shifts in intimacy and sexual health.
I also work with adults who want to better understand themselves and the patterns that show up in their relationships, especially during times of change, uncertainty, or stress. I also specialize in sexual health and intimacy, supporting individuals who are navigating desire differences, sexual shame, body image concerns, or changes related to illness, stress, aging, or past experiences. These can be difficult topics to talk about, but they are an important part of emotional and relational well-being—and they deserve thoughtful, non-judgmental care.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your unique needs. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you better understand what you’re carrying, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with more clarity, self-compassion, and intention.
Are you looking for a space to navigate current stressors—somewhere you can unwind and express thoughts or emotions that feel too heavy to carry alone? Do you want support in understanding mental health symptoms or building a personalized toolbox of coping skills?
Hi, I’m Maryam. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, born and raised, and of Venezuelan descent. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish. I graduated from the University of South Florida with degrees in Psychology and Health Sciences and later earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University.
My clinical experience includes working in mobile crisis response, outpatient counseling, addiction treatment, and telehealth therapy. Across all settings, my priority is to create a non-judgmental, safe, and welcoming environment where you can work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
I take a holistic approach and integrate a variety of therapeutic interventions, including art and music-inspired techniques, cognitive reframing to challenge negative self-talk, solution-focused strategies, and what I like to call “care-frontation.” I often offer optional tasks or reflections between sessions to help deepen your progress.
I’d be honored to support you as we begin this healing journey together.
I am welcoming to all who struggle with anger, trauma, psychosis, and stage of life issues such as divorce or loss. I specialize in individual counseling for substance abuse, anger, trauma, psychosis, and domestic violence.
I enjoy using Jungian psychology as a resource to help people explore the depth of their struggles and find hope on the other side. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused therapy as tools to accomplish this.
Things can get better, and we can be okay--no matter what life brings our way. I enjoy the opportunity to help people explore and move their lives forward. There is always hope, and there is always opportunity to grow.
You’ve been holding it together for everyone else, but inside, you’re tired, anxious, sad, stuck in stress, old wounds, traumas, or patterns that feel hard to break.
You've had a hard time finding the space to slow down, feel, or even ask for help, but something in you knows that NOW it's time to heal.
You don’t have to do it alone. I’ve spent the last 14 years helping people —including individuals from Latinx and multicultural communities— find their way through the hard stuff and back to enjoying life. My approach is person-centered, which means it’s all about you—your pace, your voice, your experience—with no judgment and no pressure. I’m here to walk alongside you.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in ADHD therapy for adults, couples, families, and college students across Florida and Wisconsin struggling with emotional exhaustion, unfinished tasks, relationship conflict, burnout, or chronic overwhelm. Many of the clients I work with have spent years feeling frustrated with not being able to consistently follow through, stay organized, manage emotions, or function at the level they know they are capable of.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach, studying and working exclusively with one condition: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). That experience gave me firsthand insight into how deeply ADHD can affect confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, organization, and everyday functioning over time.
This foundation allows me to help clients address the emotional and relational patterns that often develop after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disorganized, or mentally overloaded. My work centers on helping people better understand how ADHD affects emotions, relationships, and everyday life so they can move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way and build practical strategies that actually fit how your brain works.
My journey as a therapist began with a deep fascination for the human mind and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives after growing up in the foster care system. I previously served in the Air Force, serving my country. I have a bachelor's in dietetics and nutrition with years of nutrition counseling as well. Over the years, I have honed my skills, gaining experience in various therapeutic techniques and approaches to better serve my clients.
Hi, I’m Rico Bodin. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Master-Level Addiction Professional, and I’m really glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to do it alone. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, codependency, and questions around identity often during times that feel overwhelming or uncertain.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. That means we’ll move at your pace, focusing not just on what’s been difficult, but also on the resilience and insight you already carry. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, develop practical tools, and help you reconnect with who you are and what matters most to you.
Whether you’re healing from the past or trying to create a more grounded, balanced present, I’m here to support you in moving forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, major life transitions, caregiver responsibilities, chronic illness, grief and loss, aging, and unexpected change.
I bring a combination of clinical expertise, compassion, and real-world experience to my work. My background in hospital settings has given me extensive experience helping individuals and families cope with medical diagnoses, crisis situations, caregiving demands, health-related uncertainty, and significant life changes.
My experience as a military spouse has also shaped my understanding of transition, identity, uncertainty, and starting over. Military life often requires adjusting to change, rebuilding routines, navigating career and family shifts, and finding stability during unfamiliar seasons. That perspective allows me to connect not only with military families, but with anyone facing a major transition, feeling disconnected from who they once were, or trying to create a new sense of direction.
I have seen firsthand how resilient people can be, even during incredibly difficult seasons. These experiences have strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, provide compassionate support, and help clients find hope, build resilience, and develop practical strategies to move forward one step at a time.

Hello, I’m A.J., a Licensed Master Level Social Worker from the U.P. of Michigan. Faith, Family, and Fellowship are things that I strive to live for daily. My faith is very important to me. I am involved in Men’s Ministry inside and outside of my church. Haggai 2:9 is a verse that is close to my family's heart: “The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house, says the Lord Almighty, in this place I will grant peace, declares the Lord Almighty.” My goal and prayer is that I can help individuals move into a better place than they were when therapy first began. My wife and I have three boys and one grandson. Our family enjoys spending time outside on our 20-acre property “Creation Acres” or getting away camping. My boys and I enjoy spending time in the woods or on the lake.
I graduated from Ferris State University in 2018 with my Master’s Degree in Social Work after attending Lake Superior State University completing Criminal Justice / Public Safety Emphasis Bachelor’s Degree and a Paramedic Technology Associate’s Degree in 2008. I have experience working directly with law enforcement as a dispatcher and working in the public safety field as a fire fighter and as an EMT. I currently work for the Michigan Department of Corrections as a mental health specialist. Prior to this career, I worked for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services as a foster care case manager and a juvenile justice / juvenile delinquency case manager.
I look forward to working with you during your journey.
NOTICE – Due to my current position with the Michigan Department of Corrections, I am unable to accept referrals or work with anyone on parole or probation.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who sees individuals, couples, and families. I also see children, teens, adults, and the elderly. I’ve been trained in several modalities to better help you with different issues. My goal is to help people find what works for them. I want to see you succeed, and however I can help with that, I am willing to do.
Hello! My name is Dr. Tomlin, and I am a licensed and nationally certified professional counselor and traumatologist. I specialize in various modalities, including strength-based coaching, existentialism, multicultural awareness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am passionate about helping others achieve social, emotional, and behavioral improvements and providing them with the fundamental tools to overcome life struggles so they can prosper. Life is full of obstacles and difficult circumstances, which can feel overwhelming and all-consuming. Navigating these unique, daily challenges can be isolating, leaving you second-guessing everything and spiraling with sadness, frustration, and exhaustion.
Maybe you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety or a sadness that just won’t lift. Perhaps you’re a new parent navigating the beautiful, exhausting, and overwhelming journey of postpartum life, or you’re in a constant struggle with food and your body. You might be in a difficult transition, feeling unsteady and unsure how to find your footing. If you’re looking for a supportive space to untangle these feelings and build a more peaceful, meaningful life, I’m here to help.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience walking alongside adults through these specific challenges. My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and the emotional journey of postpartum and new parenthood. I also work well with people facing life transitions who want to develop stronger emotional regulation and coping skills.
My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a judgment-free space, thoughtful questions, and practical tools to help you uncover your own strengths. Together, we’ll connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and I’ll introduce skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness that you can practice and use in your daily life. It’s a collaborative process, less about me directing you, and more about me supporting you as you gain clarity and confidence.
***Please note: Current availability is limited to weekday mornings and early afternoons (around 10am-4pm). Please send a message after you book an appointment if you need a specific time or a consultation call.***
I'm a bilingual licensed psychotherapist (LMHC) based in Miami, originally from Puerto Rico. I provide individual therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where you don’t have to explain your culture, your identity or why you feel like you don’t quite fit in. I earned my Master’s in Psychology from Albizu University and my Bachelor’s degree back home in San Juan, Puerto Rico, shaping my ability to blend cultural understanding with evidence-based care.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity struggles, relationship challenges, and the unique experiences of the LGBTQ+ community. My style is warm, honest, and a little humorous when it helps. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, emotionally drained, or stuck in survival mode, you’re not alone. I believe some pain doesn’t come with a lesson and that’s totally fine. Healing is still possible, even in the darkest moments, not because we need to erase the pain, but because we learn to sit with it, honor it, and grow from it only when we’re ready!
Hi, I’m Jessica Vargas LCSW, LISW and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. Life can become overwhelming, whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, stress, major life changes, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical. I work collaboratively with each client to understand what is happening beneath the surface while developing realistic tools and strategies that can create meaningful change. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your experiences, goals, and strengths are unique, and our work together should reflect that.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be struggling with emotional challenges, relationship concerns, communication, self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, stress, or other challenges that are making it difficult to feel like themselves. For couples, I provide a supportive space to improve communication, understand patterns within the relationship, and work toward a healthier connection.
As a therapist, I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself—even when things feel messy or difficult. My goal isn’t simply to help you get through a challenging moment, but to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your ability to cope, and develop skills that continue to serve you beyond therapy.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you’re ready to make a change, I’m here to help you take that first step.
Have you ever felt like you cannot find the energy or motivation to do the most basic tasks? Or felt like your brain will not shut off? Have you ever struggled with losing someone that you love and feel as if you will never make it out of the fog? Have you experienced a traumatic event and need help managing the thoughts and feelings that come up after the experience? Are you feeling stuck in your life, or just listless? Are you struggling with substance abuse and the impact of usage in your professional and personal life? Do you have a history of self-harm or self-harming thoughts?
If any of the above questions resonated with you, I am here for you. I bring over ten years of clinical counseling experience focused on depression, anxiety, end-of-life, grief therapy, substance abuse, self-harming thoughts and attempts, insomnia, and trauma therapy. I am seasoned in case management and navigating medical crises in the hospital environment. I enjoy helping my patients and families navigate end-of-life care planning.

You can understand exactly why you keep doing something and still feel completely stuck in it.
With 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults who are tired of repeating patterns that no longer work for them. My style is active, relational, practical, and conversational. We look beyond what happened to what keeps happening—what activates the pattern, what keeps it going, and where we can actually interrupt it.
I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, serious illness, major life transitions, and burnout from carrying too much for too long. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming of diverse identities, sexualities, and non-traditional relationship structures. I’m genuinely open-minded about how people build relationships and live their lives. You’re unlikely to shock me, and vanilla is certainly not a requirement for admission.
You don’t have to clean yourself up for therapy. Bring the contradictions, questionable decisions, weird relationship dynamics, dark humor, 47 tabs of self-help information, and the thing you’re pretty sure will make me judge you. I probably won’t.
My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment-based work, somatic and nervous-system awareness, mindfulness, behavioral strategies, and psychoeducation. I’m endlessly curious about what makes people tick, and I translate therapy concepts into normal language.
I’m warm and supportive, but I’m not a therapist who just nods and agrees with everything you say. I’ll believe you about your experience while sometimes lovingly questioning the story your brain has built around it. I’ll notice patterns, contradictions, play devil’s advocate, and help turn insight into something useful outside the therapy room.
We’ll probably laugh in therapy, sometimes about things that objectively aren’t funny. Humans are weird.
Therapeutic fit matters enormously to me, and I have no ego about being the right therapist for everyone.
