(she/her)
You’ve been holding it together for everyone else, but inside, you’re tired, anxious, sad, stuck in stress, old wounds, traumas, or patterns that feel hard to break. You might not have had the space to slow down, feel, or even ask for help, but something in you knows it’s time to heal. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ve spent the last 12 years helping people find their way through the hard stuff and back to themselves. My approach is person-centered, which means it’s all about you—your pace, your voice, your experience—with no judgment and no pressure. I’m here to walk alongside you.
In our first session, we’ll go at your pace and gently explore what’s bringing you in. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—I’m here to help you feel safe, heard, and truly understood. We’ll talk about what matters most to you and come up with a plan that feels right for where you are and where you want to go.
When we work together, my goal is for you to feel safe, accepted, and truly seen. I show up genuine and fully present because therapy should be a space where you can be your whole self, no judgment, just respect. I don’t see you as broken, I see your as whole. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you at your pace. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back so you can reconnect with your own clarity and power. I use the same healing tools in my own life that I bring to our sessions, because I believe in them deeply. This work isn’t just what I do, it’s how I live.
I’m a great fit if you’re ready to work through your pain and truly transform. If you’re done carrying that heavy weight and ready to break free so you can accomplish your goals and soar, I’m here for you. If you’re tired of feeling stuck and want therapy that’s gentle but effective, curious instead of clinical, and focused on your whole self—not just your symptoms—I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
I’ve been trained and certified in EMDR, and it’s one of my favorite tools to help people move through painful experiences and feel more at peace. EMDR is a well-known, extensively researched method that helps the brain and body process the things that may be keeping you stuck, like anxiety, trauma, or memories that continue to feel overwhelming. I often use EMDR with clients who are going through major life transitions, such as a divorce, a breakup, a career shift, or just generalized life stress. It’s also a deeply supportive tool for healing after emotionally abusive relationships or domestic violence. Many of my clients have experienced a deeper level of healing in a shorter amount of time through EMDR, especially when combined with other approaches that support emotional clarity and nervous system regulation. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and more hopeful about the future.
I use a mind-body approach to support healing on multiple levels. This means processing not only your thoughts and emotions but also the ways your body stores stress, trauma, and emotions. Often, we have a complicated relationship with our bodies, and part of healing is learning to listen to and work with your body rather than against it. Through this work, we help your body release the emotional charge it’s storing, freeing up energy that can be used to accomplish your future goals. Together, we nurture a stronger, more supportive connection that promotes growth, balance, and well-being. This approach is gentle and does not involve any physical exercises or movements that feel awkward or uncomfortable. Instead, we focus on increasing your awareness and communication with your body in a way that feels safe and natural.
My approach is deeply person-centered, which means your healing is guided by your own values, goals, and inner wisdom—not by my judgment or any imposed direction. I’m here to walk beside you, not lead you, as you uncover your own truth and chart your own path. I strive to create a space that feels not only safe, but sacred—a space where your pain is welcomed with care, and where every step into the harder places is honored with gentleness and respect. Your story, your pace, and your voice matter here. Through the tools and approaches I use, your brain begins to learn a new way of healing. You become more aware of emotional charge when it surfaces and gain the ability to respond in ways that feel empowering, rather than overwhelming. Over time, this can help you move from feeling stuck or powerless to feeling more clear, capable, and at peace. My hope is that therapy becomes more than just a place to talk—it becomes a space where you rediscover your strength and begin to build the life you truly want.
Being trauma-informed means I understand how past experiences—especially those involving overwhelm, neglect, or harm—can shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. Your safety, choice, and comfort are always central in our work together. I won’t rush you or push you into places you’re not ready to go. We move at your pace, with deep respect for what feels supportive to your body and mind. Whether your trauma comes from a single event or ongoing experiences, I hold space for it with care and without judgment. My goal is to create a steady, compassionate space where healing happens gently—by helping you reconnect with your strength, clarity, and the parts of you that are ready to grow. You're not broken. You're carrying what was never meant to be carried alone.
This is completely optional for those who would like this type of intervention woven into their treatment plan.
