Hello, and welcome. I’m a California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience supporting women through some of life’s most meaningful and challenging transitions. I specialize in pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive mental health, and reproductive grief, including infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, and neonatal loss. My approach is warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive, creating a space where you can feel supported, understood, and cared for without judgment. Whether you are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, grief, identity changes, or adjusting to a new chapter in life, you do not have to go through it alone. I offer convenient telehealth sessions throughout California to help make support more accessible and comfortable for you. Please feel free to view my calendar for current availability — I look forward to connecting with you.
During our initial session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and explore what has been bringing you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your experiences, concerns, and the goals you hope to work toward in a supportive and compassionate environment. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs, helping guide our work in a way that feels meaningful, collaborative, and aligned with the growth and healing you’re seeking.
As a maternal mental health therapist, I provide compassionate, patient-centered care grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and cultural humility. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to share their experiences openly. I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, and grief-focused therapy to support healing, emotional regulation, and symptom management. I deeply value the importance of cultural responsiveness and honoring each client’s lived experiences, identities, values, and family systems within the therapeutic process. My approach is also holistic, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being. Together, we may explore areas such as self-care, social support, boundaries, movement, rest, and lifestyle habits as part of fostering overall wellness and sustainable healing. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and care, helping you feel supported as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater healing, resilience, and connection.
I support women through many stages of life, including pre-conception, fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum, and other significant life transitions. Many of the clients I work with are navigating experiences such as trauma, anxiety, grief, identity changes, emotional overwhelm, and the many adjustments that can come with motherhood and reproductive experiences. Together, we work toward rebuilding emotional balance, strengthening coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and fostering greater self-compassion and resilience. I also support clients in reconnecting with themselves during seasons of change, while helping them navigate the emotional complexities of fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and reproductive grief. My goal is to provide a supportive and compassionate space where clients feel empowered, understood, and better equipped to care for their emotional well-being as they move through healing and growth.

I like that I learn new things whether it’s about motherhood or how the mind works. Being able to find understanding of why I may be experiencing or feeling certain emotions helps me have more compassion for myself. The weight on my mind and body feels lighter after we meet. She’s the best therapist I’ve ever met.
