New to Grow
Hi! I’m Jessica, a therapist passionate about helping people find healing, clarity, and confidence. I work with clients who may feel stuck in negative thought patterns, weighed down by emotions, or unsure of how to move forward. In therapy, I provide a supportive environment where you can process, heal, and grow. My approach blends practical strategies with deeper exploration, so you not only learn new tools but also create lasting changes. The impact of this work is helping you feel more in control, more connected, and more at peace in your daily life.
In our first session, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable opening up. We’ll talk about what led you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to change or improve. I’ll also explain how therapy works, answer any questions, and begin outlining a plan that feels right for you. Think of this first meeting as the start of a partnership—we’re beginning the journey together, at your pace
I bring a deep sense of empathy and emotional attunement to my work, which allows me to notice even the subtle shifts in tone, mood, or body language that can make a big difference in therapy. My background in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders has strengthened my ability to adapt therapeutic approaches—whether cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, or humanistic—to meet each person’s unique needs. I value building genuine, trusting relationships and creating a safe space where clients feel truly heard and understood. My natural sensitivity, pattern recognition, and dedication to helping others not only guide my clinical work but also allow me to empower clients as they work toward growth, healing, and lasting change.
I support those facing depression, anxiety, and/or eating disorders with warmth and empathy. Having walked a similar path, I understand how heavy it can feel. Therapy with me is a safe, nonjudgmental space where we'll gently work through challenges, build resilience, and rediscover hope together. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, honoring your voice and goals in the process.
One of the main methods I use in therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This approach is all about understanding the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. By noticing unhelpful patterns, you can learn practical skills to shift your perspective, build confidence, and feel more empowered in daily life. CBT is collaborative, meaning we’ll work side by side to find what works best for you.
Psychodynamic Therapy is about going a little deeper. It helps us understand how your past—especially your early relationships and experiences—might be influencing your present. Together, we’ll look at patterns in your life, your relationships, and even the ways you relate to yourself. By increasing self-awareness, you’ll gain clarity, compassion, and freedom to create healthier ways of living and connecting.
Humanistic Therapy focuses on the whole person—you are more than your struggles. Together, we’ll work on building self-awareness, self-compassion, and trust in your own inner wisdom. My goal is to provide an accepting and encouraging space where you can grow, heal, and move toward becoming the best version of yourself.
