Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families on a host of different issues. I have gained valuable experiences working in private practice, in a pregnancy center, working with clients who were previously incarcerated, working with the homeless population, community mental health and the Church. All these experiences helped to make me the rounded clinician that I am today. Many individuals focus on their physical health while ignoring the most important aspect of their being and that is their mental health. I believe that focusing on one's mental health shows fortitude and strength.
