Dr. Woolston & I have had 3 session so far. Most of our time has been me "unpacking" the grief which has overwhelmed me for a very long time, but especially for the past 8-14 years. Lisa immediately impressed me w/ her genuine, warm and understanding nature. Finding a therapist w/ whom you feel you can connect AND can help you heal is challenging. Sharing your hx is also very painful, almost like reliving it. But w/ the right guidance & effort, what you get out of it = what you put in.
