I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which has been proven highly successful in helping you manage stressors by changing the way you think and behave. I also use a combination of mindfulness techniques (e.g., art therapy, yoga, meditation), motivational interventions, and holistic suggestions including nutrition and functional skills.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have a good balance between empathy and boundaries which allows a healthy exchange of ideas. I use humor appropriately and I promote an environment of acceptance and mutual respect where you will feel seen/heard.
