I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with significant experience treating children, adolescents and adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, among other concerns. Florida has been my home for many years after leaving my beautiful Dominican Republic. I feel passionate about normalizing therapy and helping my community navigate life challenges. First session
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
I have a good balance between empathy and boundaries which allows a healthy exchange of ideas. I use humor appropriately and I promote an environment of acceptance and mutual respect where you will feel seen/heard.
