About me

As a licensed mental health counselor, I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings freely. My approach is reflective and person-centered, ensuring that each individual feels heard and understood. I also believe in bringing a sense of humor into sessions when appropriate, making therapy feel more human and approachable. I am committed to fostering a supportive environment where clients can gain a deeper insight, emotional resilience, and the tools they need to thrive. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients work through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD and bipolar disorder. My approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs, ensuing that we focus on what works best for you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel uncertain, but we’ll never know what might come from it without giving it a try. While there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, I believe that together, we can find an approach that works for you. Therapy is a space to explore, grow, and gain new perspectives—and you don't have to do it alone.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and my flexibility in applying evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, to meet individual needs. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their concerns and work toward meaningful change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions. I work well with individuals who value a collaborative, supportive therapeutic relationship and are open to developing insight and practical coping strategies.
