Hello, my name is Meg Hauser. I am an LCSW licensed in Florida. Are you struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma or patterns that don’t serve you, or any other issues that are taking up space in your life where you would like to find healing? I am excited to assist you on your path and, my goal is to walk alongside anyone who is in need of finding their light. I specialize in several different modalities, and I am additionally trained in trauma therapy and various trauma informed approaches such as somatic therapy and mindfulness techniques and breath work. You don’t have to do this alone, healing is possible and I am here to help you with the next step. I want to create a space for you where you feel uplifted, seen, heard and supported.
Our first session will be about getting to know your goals and some history of your journey. Subsequent sessions will be assisting with whatever comes up for you and what you are looking for work and address in your therapy sessions. I look forward to meeting you!
