Hello There, I'm Jeff. Do you ever feel feel lost, down, frustrated, confused, or simply scared. Or that your life can be just simply be difficult, but could it be different? Could there be a way that you look at life where it becomes vibrant again or for the first time? The answer to these questions are all a resounding yes! Finding a way to look at life and its challenges differently is what therapy and change is really all about. For over a decade now, I have been helping others through a variety of life challenges of growth including trauma, post traumatic stress, depression, loss, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual crises and anxiety as a counselor and life coach. I am committed to working with success minded individuals to find ways to help you open up, connect with a more authentic you, declutter your life, and simply work towards the life you seek. Together, we can envision your purpose driven, meaningful life and explore how to change patterns that are holding you back and simplify your approach. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and some information on how you came to therapy, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The main part of my work has been with change in those suffering from trauma, mood and emotional issues and how to gain back or add growth and change into their lives. Adding to this, my previous background as a Life Coach adds to this with a focus on defining one's inner strength(s) and how to go about making this the new way of living!

The clients I work with tend to be dealing with crises of self or struggles with emotions or mood regulations. This can stem from stress, trauma, or simple life transitions. We will work together to resolve your concerns, enhance your ability to manage your life through improved skill sets, and move into a place of thriving.
