Do you feel tired, overwhelmed, and maybe a bit lost or confused at times? Are you struggling with self-acceptance, relationships, work, school and your overall health? My name is Minette Conner, I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, with over ten years of experience both inpatient and outpatient settings with diversified range of populations. I help individuals achieve their maximum potential through a holistic hierarchy of needs foundational approach, that also analyzes one’s individual and complex story. Together, we can identify what’s working and not working to gain balance, purpose, fulfillment, and happiness. We’ll look at the big picture and analyze the small details as needed, for a whole body, mind, and soul healing. Seeking therapy can feel a little weird and scary, but you are making the right choice to move forward and grow. Our sessions will be true to what you need and what you would like to overcome. I am a safe place, and you are worth it.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with a brief introduction, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow- up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is adaptability and knowing when to take the lead and when to listen. I am a natural born mediator, who specializes in family and marriage counseling, substance abuse counseling, grief counseling, trauma processing, and life coaching for both children and adults.
