My name is JoAnn. Reach out to me when you are feeling anxiety or depression in dealing with life’s problems. I believe asking for help is a sign of strength and that sometimes people just need a boost to get them through a difficult time. I don’t believe in staying in counseling for years but coming back as needed instead. I’ve helped countless people to manage their anxiety and overcome depression without medication and able to work with individuals, couples, and children.

Love working with young adults, helping them to manage their emotions. Women and couples are another favorite of mine.
