I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I see individuals, couples, and families. I also see children, teens, adults, and the elderly. I’ve been trained in several modalities, so I can help you with many different issues. My goal is to help people find what works for them. I want to see you succeed and however I can help with that, I am willing to do.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first session, we’ll go over pertinent information regarding your life and what you feel the issues are. We will discuss your social and cultural background as well as past problems.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is that I’ve lived a lot of these issues myself. I have children with behavioral and emotional disorders. Because of this, I chose this career.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I see individuals, couples, and families. I also see children, teens, adults, and the elderly.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Understanding how and why we have issues in our relationships can be based on attachment. The people we attach to in infancy and childhood, and the if and how we were protected (or not) can be a reason for the issues we have in adulthood.

Couples Counseling

As a Marriage and Family Therapist I’ve been trained on the most effective ways to help couples fulfill their needs.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Allowing people to tell their story and help them work through problems in a way that allows for growth, is a great way for people to have success with therapy.

Family Therapy

Marriage and Family Therapy is my wheelhouse. This is what I was trained in. I’ve worked with children and their families with success. I’ve also dealt personally with a slew of childhood issues, which caused me to become a Licensed Therapist.
