Here, we understand that some of us struggle quietly. We are here to provide support and provide a safe and open space to talk. After personally dealing with a grief, and various life transitions I decided to re-enter this field and pursue my true passion of helping others. Through professional experience in diverse areas such as crisis stabilization, homelessness, disability, and education roles, I have established an eclectic style of counseling that is authentic and flexible. I have experience with teens, adults, and couples. I strive to encourage change by acknowledging the simple wins and overcome obstacles that arise.

There is one thing I am gifted at and that’s touching the lives of others through therapy. A wise man once said, “Mental strength is not the ability to stay out of the darkness; it’s the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing that the light will shine again”. I am an influencer of change and a strong believer that your perspective will take you as far as you can see.
