Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is often the hardest part, so I make it my priority to ensure you feel comfortable, heard, and in control of the pace. Think of this as a "get to know you" conversation rather than a clinical interview.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my practice apart is the balance of relatability and clinical depth. I don’t believe therapy should feel like an interrogation; it should feel like a transformative conversation. While I am highly trained in treating specific challenges like OCD, depression, and anxiety, my approach is defined by 1- A Lifespan Perspective 2- De-Stigmatizing "Taboo" Thoughts and 3 - Practical Results Meets Emotional Insight.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to help individuals who feel "stuck"—whether that is in a cycle of anxious thoughts, the heavy fog of depression, or the repetitive patterns of OCD. My practice is designed for those who are ready to move beyond just "getting by" and are looking for a deeper understanding of themselves.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, using CBT, I’ve found it to be the most effective way to help clients move from feeling "stuck" to feeling in control. I’ve used CBT to help people dismantle anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. My experience shows that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we can control how we interpret and react to it.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use Mindfulness to help you move from "living in your head" to being fully present in your life. It is the practice of observing your thoughts and physical sensations without judging them as "good" or "bad."

Strength-Based

I lead with a Strengths-Based approach because I believe you are more than the problems that brought you to therapy. My experience shows that leveraging your existing resilience and "wins" creates faster, more sustainable growth than just focusing on what’s broken.
