I graduated in 1999 with a degree in counseling from Portland State University. I interned couple thousand hours, then took a quick 20 years away. I received my LMHC (License Mental Health Counselor) cert at the beginning of 2024. I'm well versed counselor, with specific training in dealing with trauma and non-traditional couples.
