I have a passion for motivating others to evolve into the best versions of themselves and overcome their biggest challenges. My goals is to help others understand themselves and their challenges better so they can feel and function better.

During the intake process, I will gather information to better get to know you, your story, how it's impacted you, and the things you want to improve in your life. I use a collaborative approach where we will work together to make individually-tailored goals that best suit you and what you’re going through.
Growing up, my love for this field came from my strong sense of empathy and desire to connect and understand the pain of others. As a child, I experienced emotions at an intense level and was easily misunderstood, which created a passion within me to help others be understood and understand themselves and their emotions so that they can have the power to better their lives. Working in this field has shown me how adversities can truly bring out resilience and strength.
I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, have relationship difficulties, and or ADHD. I put a great emphasis on creating a safe place for my clients to be able to share their story and helping them use their adversities to transform into the best versions of themselves
I like to use this treatment method to help client process and understand the problem/ difficulties they are having with an emphasis on finding solutions by focusing on a clients strengths and future goals/wants rather than dwelling on the past with the focus on finding realistic solutions that they can work with.
Positive psychology treatment method is used in my practice by focusing not only on feeling better and reducing stress but also building on ones strength , creating goals and practicing mindfulness
CBT can be used to help clients overcome problematic thoughts and understanding how thoughts feelings and actions are connected and can influence ones mood with an emphasize on breaking negative thought patterns. With this approach clients are taught effective coping skills, interpersonal skills and how to restructure ones thoughts.
I use this method with clients who have experienced traumatic/difficult experiences to help them manage overwhelming symptoms such as triggers, negative thought patterns, working through guilt and shame and any and all emotional disregulation that may come. In this approach clients are assisted with processing these events to better understand themself and assist them in finding ways to manage these symptoms to heal and alleviate symptoms
This approach is used when working with couples and is intended to assist couples in improving communication, intimacy and finding ways to resolve conflict more effectively and connect on an emotional level. Within this approach couples are taught how to better manage problems together while respecting and understanding each others differences.
