My own life experiences allow for a deep understanding of the difculties we can encounter and the tools necessary to get through them. I am experienced in reducing anxiery, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and substance abuse disorders. I can help improve communication skills that help improve interperaonal and romantic relationships and overall quality of life.
