Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session focuses on establishing a strong foundation for our work together. We begin by discussing what brought you to therapy, the concerns you're currently facing, and the goals you hope to achieve. You are welcome to share at a pace that feels comfortable; there is no expectation to disclose everything at once. I will ask targeted questions to better understand your history, your current circumstances, and any patterns that may be influencing your well-being. This information helps me determine the most effective approach for supporting you. We will also review how therapy works, including confidentiality, boundaries, and what you can expect from me as your clinican. A central goal of this first meeting is to ensure you feel safe, respected, validated and heard. I encourage you to ask questions, express preference, and let me know what you need to feel comfortable in the therapeutic process. By the end of the session, we will identify inital goals and outline a clear direction for our work moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strenghts as a clinician include a high level of attunement, strong relational insight, and the ability to create a grounded, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore meaningful change. I integrate empathy with clear structure, allowing me to validate clients' experiences while also guiding them toward practical, sustainable progress. I am skilled at recognizing patterns, identifiying core issues efficiently, and helping clients translate insight into action.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best suited to work with individualds who are seeking meaningful, sustained personal growth and are ready to engage thoughtfully in the therapeutic process. My clients often present with concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitons, trauma- related symptoms, or persistent patterns that feel difficult to shift without support. They tend to be reflective, motivated and open to exploring both their internal experiences and the external factors influencing their well being. I work particularly well with clients who value a structure yet collaborative approach. These individuals appreciate a balance of insight- oriented exploration and practical strategies that suppport real world change. Many are looking to deepen their self understanding, strengthen emotional regulation, improve commuication or establish healthier boundaries in their personal or professional lives.
