I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Virginia with experience in child welfare, medical social work, family counseling, military life, couple/relationship therapy, and individual counseling. I have have experience working with various issues and age groups.

My approach is a strength based approach with goal setting and work in between sessions to help make progress with identified challenges, issues, and needs.
First session
In my first session, I like to become familiar with my clients and make them comfortable with discussing their challenges and issues that motivated them to seek therapy. I want to discuss expectations for therapy so I can understand the best way to move forward in sessions. I appreciate as much information as possible about the client’s challenges so we can create a personal treatment plan to help the client moving forward.
