I will assist you in identifying what is in the way by utilizing a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. My therapeutic approach though is very eclective, the main component is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I am in love with my profession and very much enjoy every single part of psychotherapy. I see psychotherapy as an art and employ my every single empathic and compassionate bone to help my clients. I will listen and validate my client, but, at the same time, I will be confrontational and empowering. My personal and therapeutic qualities have been very successful with various populations and age groups.
I love working with clients that are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools, awareness and knowledge of how to do it.
Teaching clients about how thoughts are connected to feelings, and how thoughts can often be maladaptive, or based on wrong assumptions.
