I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles, I provide a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can take place. I use evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care—and for those who desire, I integrate Christian counseling to support spiritual and emotional restoration. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with purpose and clarity.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel truly heard, seen, and understood. I focus on listening carefully and getting a sense of how I can best support you. This session marks the beginning of a collaborative and respectful partnership aimed at your healing and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship struggles. I use a caring, evidence-based approach—drawing from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and faith-integrated counseling—that’s tailored to each person’s unique story. What I’m most proud of is creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel heard and supported as they work toward healing and growth at their own pace.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m here to support individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, low self-worth, grief, or relationship challenges. My ideal clients are those seeking a compassionate, collaborative space to explore their feelings and foster growth. Whether you’re healing from past pain, managing stress, or interested in integrating faith with therapy, I’ll work alongside you at your pace to empower lasting change and resilience.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact emotions and behavior. Together, we’ll develop tools to manage stress, improve mood, and build healthier relationships. For those seeking a faith-based perspective, CBT can be thoughtfully integrated with spiritual principles to support emotional and spiritual growth.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Together, we’ll work to manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, and cultivate balance. For those seeking a faith-based perspective, DBT principles can be thoughtfully integrated with spiritual values to support both emotional stability and spiritual growth.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult emotions, clarify personal values, and commit to meaningful actions. Together, we’ll work on becoming more present, letting go of what no longer serves you, and moving toward a life that aligns with your core beliefs. For those seeking a faith-based perspective, ACT can be integrated with spiritual principles to support growth rooted in both purpose and faith.
