I have served this population for over 18 years, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction issues. I graduated with my MSW in 2003 and became an LCSW in 2021. I am also a Doctor of Social Work and Qualified Supervisor. My specialty is working with youth and young adults; however, I have experience in various mental health issues for all ages. I have experience with CBT & grounding for trauma. I am proficient in knowing all therapeutic approaches depending on the nature of the concern.
In our first session, we will briefly meet each other and learn why the client was brought to therapy.
Having worked with young professionals for the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. Excellent listener, available between sessions and on weekends.
