Dr. Jennifer Stracick
I have provided therapy for over 30 years, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction issues. I graduated with my MSW in 2003 and became an LCSW in 2021. I am also a Doctor of Social Work and a Qualified Supervisor. My specialty is working with youth and young adults; however, I have experience in various mental health issues for all ages.
Having worked with young professionals for the past 28 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I have experience with CBT & grounding for trauma. I am proficient in knowing all therapeutic approaches depending on the nature of the concern.
First session
In our first session, we will briefly meet each other and learn why the client was brought to therapy.

Ideal clients
My ideal clients are involved, willing to change, and work on themselves outside of therapy. I would prefer not to work with clients with addiction, extensive grief, or those who have a history of sexual abuse. I want to be the best version of myself while helping you heal. I am motivated to make a change in your life and look forward to helping.
