I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the field for the past seventeen years. I have provided therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families for six years. I work with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to self-esteem, effective communication, depression, anxiety, trauma, marriage counseling, dementia, and Christian counseling. You are the expert on your story and have many strengths to help you overcome challenges. I strive to help you uncover your true potential and ultimately reach your goals by implementing solution-oriented strategies for successful transformation.
The relationship between the therapist and the client is important; in our first session, we will start with introductions, getting to know each other, building rapport, and setting boundaries. Discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, past therapeutic interventions, and any difficulties you currently face. Gathering this information will allow me to create a person-centered plan for you to help us in follow-up sessions.
I only provide therapy to adults only, 18 years and older.

As a licensed therapist, I am able to integrate Christian counseling for clients that are seeking faith-based principles, scriptures and spiritual guidance alongside evidence-based therapeutic approaches. this allows clients to explore healing and growth through both psychological insight and a Christ-centered perspective, tailored to their individual values and beliefs.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful behavior changes. I use CBT techniques to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and goal-oriented growth tailored for each client's needs.
Mindfulness based therapy is used to help clients develop greater self-awareness, manage stress, and stay grounded in the present moment. By integrating techniques such as guided breathing, body scan, mindful reflection, I support clients in building emotional regulation and fostering a deeper connection between mind and body.
SFBT helps my clients identify their strengths, build on past successes, and develop practical, goal-oriented strategies for change. With this approach I am able to help empower my clients to focus on solutions rather than problems, promoting a sense of hope and forward movement.
As a Certified Grief Informed Professional, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for clients to process loss, explore their emotions, and navigate the complexities of grief. Through personal interventions, I help clients honor their experience while finding meaning and resilience in their healing journey.
