Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022 from Capella University. I have been practicing for the past 3 years. I assist teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors with daily struggles, providing coping skills, resources, and personalized treatmetn plans for their current and future success.
In our first session together we will start with brief introductions, soon after we will dive into the challenges that are affecting you as a person. This is a very important step as it will assist me in creating a personalized treatement plan to work through in our future sessions.
Having the experience of a case management background and practicing in the field for 3 years has allowed me to improve the skills that I already possessed, allowing my clients to feel at ease with the counseling relationship. It is important that my clients obtain their goals through measurable progress.
I love working with teenagers and adults that may be struggling with anxiety, depression and other obstacles in life. My clients are eager to improve their lives, however, they do not quite have all the tools needed to make their goals a reality. They often can feel overwhelmed, over-stimulated, and stuck in life.
