In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying your goals. I’ll create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll begin building a plan using evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are meeting clients where they are, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space, and building strong therapeutic trust. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and grounding techniques to help clients develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and make meaningful, lasting progress.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have experience using CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. In my practice, I use CBT techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and coping skill development to help clients build healthier thinking habits and improve daily functioning.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT to support clients who struggle with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and relationship challenges. In sessions, I teach DBT skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These skills help clients manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive behaviors, and create more balanced, healthy relationships.
