With over twenty-five years of clinical experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients facing various emotional challenges, including stress, anxiety, relationship issues and life transitions. My approach to therapy is client-centered and integrative, combining elements of different therapeutic modalities to best suit your unique needs and goals.
