About me

I specialize in working with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you've recently moved across the country, started a new career, stepped into a leadership role, gotten sober, or are trying to figure out what's next, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. I also enjoy working with individuals navigating both traditional and non-traditional relationships, including ethical non-monogamy. For clients who value spirituality, mindfulness, or holistic wellness, I welcome those perspectives into therapy and believe they can be meaningful resources for healing when integrated with evidence-based care. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free environment where you feel supported while developing practical tools for lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is about understanding your story and gaining insight to your goals. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and where you'd like your life to look different. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, adjusting to a major life change, navigating recovery, or struggling in your relationships, we'll begin identifying patterns and create goals that fit your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe therapy should feel genuine, collaborative, and practical. I strive to balance compassion with reflective and direct feedback, helping clients feel understood while also encouraging meaningful growth. My style is conversational and tailored to each individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic interventions, and mindfulness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is an adult or young adult navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addiction or recovery, relationship challenges, personality-related concerns, or a major life transition. They value direct, collaborative communication and are motivated to better understand themselves and create lasting change. I also enjoy working with clients who are drawn to spirituality, mindfulness, or holistic wellness and appreciate integrating those perspectives with evidence-based therapy.

My treatment methods

Humanistic

Humanistic therapy is less about "fixing" a client and more about helping individuals reconnect with their authentic self, inner strengths, and capacity for growth. I incorporate humanistic principles alongside CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic interventions, and psychoanalytic approaches to help clients explore both their present experiences and the deeper patterns that influence their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors.
