I have lived with a lot of issues and he has helped me see their real importance in my live and evaluate them as less important that previous felt. He has given me tools to deal with immediate reactions to ideas and issues that concern me. He has given me a method with work with my husband and others during conflict resolution. I am grateful for his solutions and empowering me to be a better individual and in more control of my feelings and life.
