With over 10 years of experience, I help adults, young adults, and college students navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, overthinking, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients appear to have it all together on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. Many of my clients are high-functioning but internally overwhelmed, overthinking and emotionally exhausted. My approach is warm, supportive, and insight-driven, while also being direct and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based techniques to help clients build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. I work especially well with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. I am licensed in Illinois, Nevada and Florida and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their growth and healing process.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your concerns, your goals and what you’re hoping to gain from this experience, at your own pace. I’ll guide the conversation with questions to better understand your background, current challenges and any patterns you may be noticing in your life or relationships. We’ll also review confidentiality, boundaries and what you can expect from the therapy process. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying areas of focus and discuss a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and clear about next steps moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, this is your space and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
I take a direct, supportive, and insight-driven approach to therapy. I don’t just listen—I help you identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and understand how your past experiences may be showing up in your present life. My goal is to help you gain clarity, not stay stuck in cycles. I integrate evidence-based methods such as CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while also tailoring each session to your unique needs and lived experiences. I value cultural awareness and create a space where you feel seen, understood, and respected. Clients often appreciate that our work is both reflective and practical. You’ll leave sessions with tools you can actually use, whether that’s managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, or navigating relationships more effectively. My focus is not just on helping you feel better in the moment, but on helping you build long-term emotional stability, confidence and self-awareness. I will support you, but I will also challenge you when needed because growth requires both.
Are you feeling stuck in patterns that seem impossible to break? Do relationship issues, whether with others or yourself, leave you feeling disconnected or unsure of your worth? Are you constantly overthinking, struggling with anxiety, or battling feelings of depression that make it hard to move forward? Maybe you’ve been pushing yourself to the limit as an overachiever, yet deep down you feel unfulfilled or burned out. Are procrastination and anxiety holding you back in college, making you feel like you’re falling behind? Or perhaps your childhood experiences, especially with trauma, still impact your life today, and you’re ready to confront them and heal. Do you want to rebuild your confidence, stop the cycle of overthinking, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships? Are you hoping to let go of the past, find peace from anxiety, and develop coping strategies that truly work for you?
