Hello! My name is Ray Castiglia. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I have worked in the counseling field for more than 20 years. I enjoy helping others to navigate through their life stressor, and to become more happy, successful, and positive.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT helps clients to be able to identify, understand, and work on challenging and restructure unwanted thinking patterns.
