Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) that is based in Florida. I have over 10 years experience working with others to not only help identify life patterns (or themes) but also assist in making deliberate and mindful changes within those patterns. In our first session together, we openly discuss any history that contributes to us meeting, family histories, and important markers. We also discuss where you would like to see yourself and how I can help you get there.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Two things I bring with me to every session, is unconditional positive regard and presence. I feel that each person is so unique, and that uniqueness offers so much insight as to how to work together. As a provider, my job is to work with you - which requires me to understand YOU really well.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with anyone willing to dig deep, trust the journey within, and lean in to their own guidance system. I find that once we can unearth those core wounds and hold space for them, the easier it is to regain trust of self. I combine a mixture of schema cognitive therapy with dialectical behavioral therapy techniques to get you there.
