Nice to meet you! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a calm and grounded approach, focused on helping people navigate life’s challenges. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University and I currently live in Florida. I strive towards creating a space that feels safe and collaborative when working with my clients, and I feel grateful to walk alongside them on their journey towards healing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will talk about what brings you into therapy, your background, and goals you would like to work towards. This session is a chance for us to get to know each other and set a foundation for our work together in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths are in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen and heard. I bring a blend of empathy, practical tools, and a genuine commitment to each clients growth.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with clients who are ready to engage in meaningful, compassionate work toward personal growth and healing. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or past trauma, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable to you, creating a path that aligns with your values and goals

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Together we would work on empowering you to live a life that feels authentic, purposeful and resilient no matter what difficulties you may face. Rather than struggling to control uncomfortable feelings, ACT encourages clients to acknowledge them as natural parts of the human experience.

Somatic

Healing from within, focusing on the powerful connection between the mind and the body, working together to release stored tension. Emotions and stress are often held physically in the body, gently guiding attention to these sensations, healing can begin from within.
