About me

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, and for more than 14 years I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples through meaningful personal growth. I received my Master’s in Counseling Education from the University of Central Florida (CACREP accredited) along with a certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship concerns, as well as those coping with trauma, low self-esteem, grief, and major life changes. I’m passionate about helping people strengthen their communication, set healthy boundaries, understand their core beliefs, and build the skills that support lasting emotional well‑being and healthier relationships.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session we will go over some background information and fill out an intake form. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, what your expectations out of therapy are, and any barriers you think you may come up. We can talk about any questions you may have and how counseling in the online format goes. Pretty much it's getting to know each other and what your needs are currently.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe that both my years of clinical experience and my own life experiences allow me to connect deeply and effectively with clients. I’ve learned that honoring each client’s preferred pace and the goals they want to work toward is essential in building a strong therapeutic relationship. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, using tools and techniques that are tailored to each individual, so the counseling experience truly fits their needs.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My approach to using CBT is a very collaborative one. I help clients become more aware of the thoughts and beliefs that may be keeping them stuck. We look at the connection between what you think, how you feel, and how you react. In sessions, we work on recognizing unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic ones so you can create healthier coping skills and more productive behaviors.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I tend to work from a solution-focused perspective, meaning I help clients focus on where they want to go rather than only what's wrong. We'll look at your strengths, what's already helping, and small realistic changes that can create progress.
