Hi, and welcome. I’m really glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward healing isn’t always easy, and the fact that you’re exploring support says a lot about your strength. Life can throw unexpected challenges our way, and sometimes those challenges make even the day‑to‑day feel overwhelming. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and qualified supervisor in the state of Florida. Since 2014, I’ve worked as a medical social worker in transplant, dialysis, and with individuals managing complex chronic and behavioral health needs. These experiences have taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are and honoring their lived experience. If you’re looking for a provider who will work with you to clarify your goals and create meaningful change, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions and go over a few housekeeping items, so you know what to expect moving forward. I’ll then complete your initial assessment, which helps us begin identifying potential goals for our work together. This is also the time when I’ll ask more about what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from the process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a blend of clinical expertise, real‑world experience, and genuine compassion to the work I do. I have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and I’m intentional about creating a space where people who have felt overlooked or underrepresented can feel seen, heard, and valued. As a breast cancer survivor, I understand firsthand what it means to navigate uncertainty, fear, and major life transitions. This lived experience allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level and offer support that is both empathetic and grounded. Clinically, my approach is rooted in CBT, helping clients build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change. For those who wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process, I also offer Christian counseling upon request. My strengths as a provider include creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment, meeting clients exactly where they are, and helping them move toward clarity, confidence, and healing at a pace that feels right for them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone navigating a major life transition or feeling weighed down by persistent inner thoughts. They may be working to overcome depression or anxiety or simply feeling like they’re surviving rather than truly living. I’m here to support individuals who are ready for change, even if they’re not sure where to begin, and who want a safe, steady space to explore what healing and growth can look like for them.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

For clients seeking a faith‑centered experience, I offer Christian counseling that integrates biblical truth, prayer, and spiritual guidance with clinical support. Together, we explore how God’s Word and His presence can bring hope, clarity, and healing throughout your journey.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy we focus on understanding how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. In a warm and supportive space, we’ll explore the patterns that may be weighing you down and practice simple, practical tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life. My goal is to help you build skills that bring clarity, confidence, and lasting change

Strength-Based

A strengths‑based approach centers the inherent abilities, resilience, and resources each client brings into the room. Clinically, this means we identify and build on what is already working, while also exploring how your existing strengths can support growth in areas that feel challenging. This approach promotes empowerment, increases self‑efficacy, and helps you recognize the internal capacities that can guide your healing and long‑term well‑being.
