Hi, I’m Tiffany. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and relationship challenges, as well as those seeking structured support and accountability to reach their full potential. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, and Gottman Method–informed couples therapy to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relational patterns. I provide a supportive, goal-oriented space with a strong focus on resilience, emotional regulation, and meaningful personal growth.
During our first session, we will focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, identifying current stressors, and clarifying your goals. I take a collaborative and structured approach while moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Together, we will begin identifying patterns, strengths, and coping strategies, and discuss how therapy can support both symptom relief and long-term growth. There is no pressure to have everything figured out—we build the process together.
My work is grounded in a strength-based, trauma-informed framework with a high focus on resilience and empowerment. I integrate CBT and DBT interventions for emotional regulation and cognitive restructuring, and Gottman Method–informed strategies to help couples improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and manage conflict effectively. I emphasize accountability, skill-building, and real-world application so individuals and couples can make consistent, measurable progress both in and outside of sessions.
I am best positioned to support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and relationship difficulties who are motivated to actively engage in their growth. Many of my clients value both emotional support and accountability. I work well with those who want to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve communication and connection, and create sustainable change toward a more balanced and fulfilling life—both individually and as partners.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals and couples identify and change unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, emotional distress, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and practical, focusing on increasing awareness of the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to challenge cognitive distortions, develop healthier perspectives, and build coping strategies that support emotional regulation and resilience. CBT interventions are tailored to each client’s goals and are often paired with skill-building and accountability to support meaningful, sustainable change both in and outside of sessions.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support individuals and couples in strengthening emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. My approach focuses on helping clients develop practical tools to manage intense emotions, reduce reactivity, and respond more effectively to stress and relationship challenges. DBT skills are introduced in a structured and supportive manner, with emphasis on mindfulness, coping strategies, and accountability. These interventions help clients build resilience, improve communication, and increase their ability to navigate difficult emotions and situations with greater balance and confidence.
Gottman method
I use Gottman Method–informed couples therapy to help partners strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and manage conflict in healthier, more productive ways. My approach focuses on identifying interaction patterns, reducing negative cycles, and building practical skills such as effective communication, emotional attunement, and conflict management. I integrate Gottman-based strategies within a trauma-informed and strengths-focused framework, supporting couples in increasing understanding, accountability, and mutual respect. This structured approach helps couples build resilience, improve relational stability, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I incorporate mindfulness-based therapy to help individuals and couples increase present-moment awareness, reduce emotional reactivity, and strengthen overall emotional regulation. My approach is practical and trauma-informed, focusing on simple, accessible mindfulness strategies such as grounding, breath awareness, and intentional pauses rather than rigid or overly abstract practices. Mindfulness is often integrated alongside CBT and DBT skills to support stress reduction, improve focus, and increase resilience. These practices help clients respond more thoughtfully to internal experiences and relational stressors, supporting greater balance, clarity, and emotional stability in daily life.
Attachment-based
I use attachment-based therapy to help individuals and couples understand how early relational experiences influence emotional regulation, self-concept, and relationship patterns in adulthood. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, focusing on identifying attachment styles, increasing emotional awareness, and addressing patterns that contribute to anxiety, relationship conflict, or emotional disconnection. Attachment-based work is often integrated with CBT, DBT, and Gottman-informed strategies to support healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and greater emotional security. This approach helps clients build resilience, improve relationships, and develop more secure and fulfilling connections with themselves and others.

Very easy to talk with. High energy and enthusiasm. A different type of approach than with other therapist that I have worked with in the past. I believe she will be a good fit for me moving forward in helping me achieve.my mental health goals .I felt comfortable and at ease speaking with Tiffany and that she genuinely cares about my issues (past and present). I believe she can and will help successfully navigate me to a better place mentally.

Tiffany was amazing. From the moment our session started, she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported. Being my first time meeting with her, I appreciated how warm and understanding she was. She reassured me that she is here for me, and that meant a lot. I feel grateful to have found someone like Tiffany and I’m happy to now have my person to talk to. Thank you!
