Life transitions, grief and loss can be overwhelming, but you do not have to face them alone. With every session, I endeavor to create and promote a safe space where you can be vulnerable and feel empowered to do the work you need to do. I couple empathic listening with practical planning to help every person focus on their strengths. I strive to be compassionate, collaborative, and responsive to your needs – I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, you will identify what matters most to you and work towards reaching your goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in Georgia and Florida. Connect with me and get started on your journey today!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I incorporate CBT to help you identify unhelpful thought patterns work to reframe them in a way that support healthier coping. CBT offers practical tools to use everyday.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use IFS therapy to guide you to discover different parts of yourself—such as anger, sadness and joy. We work toward allowing each part to be explored so greater balance and emotional stability can be achieved.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing increases motivation as personal values and goals are acknowledged. You will build confidence and make meaningful, self-autonomous changes.

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation allows you to better understand your mental health and the impact of stress on the body. Learning this information empowers you to make informed choices to heal.

Strength-Based

Strength based approach allows you to recognize and build on your resilience, skills and resources you already have. An objective perspective is helpful to see the positives and what is working for us.
