New to Grow
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in ADHD therapy for adults, couples, families, and college students across Florida and Wisconsin struggling with emotional exhaustion, unfinished tasks, relationship conflict, burnout, or chronic overwhelm. Many of the clients I work with have spent years feeling frustrated with not being able to consistently follow through, stay organized, manage emotions, or function at the level they know they are capable of. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach, studying and working exclusively with one condition: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). That experience gave me firsthand insight into how deeply ADHD can affect confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, organization, and everyday functioning over time. This foundation allows me to help clients address the emotional and relational patterns that often develop after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disorganized, or mentally overloaded. My work centers on helping people better understand how ADHD affects emotions, relationships, and everyday life so they can move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way and build practical strategies that actually fit how your brain works.
Whether we're working on focus, motivation, emotional regulation, communication, or relationship dynamics, therapy is tailored to your unique goals and strengths. Together, we can collaboratively create a therapy experience that feels supportive, practical, and centered on what matters most to you.
ADHD is my specialty. While I help clients with a wide range of concerns, I have dedicated extensive training and over 25 years of combined experience to understanding ADHD and the many ways it can affect daily life, relationships, emotions, self-esteem, and executive functioning. My work combines therapy and ADHD strategies to support adults, couples, families, and college students through emotional, behavioral, executive functioning, and relationship challenges — helping you build practical strategies and build confidence in your ability to navigate them. While I specialize in ADHD and relationships, I also provide therapy for a wide range of needs, including but not limited to trauma, relationship dynamics, grief, family conflict, and major life changes. Every session is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward the life you want to create. Whether ADHD is your primary concern or one piece of a larger picture, treatment is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and experiences.
Every person has the ability to grow, adapt, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. Through secure telehealth sessions, I provide online therapy for individuals, couples, and families across Florida and Wisconsin. Psychotherapy offers more than symptom relief - it creates space to explore who you are, how you relate to others, and what obstacles can help us grow. You might seek therapy because you feel “stuck,” want to rebuild communication in your relationship, or need support managing challenges related to ADHD at home or work. Whether you’re an adult, parent, couple, or family, I help you identify ways to strengthen your ability to handle life’s challenges.
Structural family therapy uses "family mapping" to understand behavior patterns and family interactions. This map diagrams the basic structure of the family, including the members of the family unit, family rules, roles, patterns of behavior, and hierarchies within the family system.
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) helps people accept tough thoughts and feelings instead of trying to change them.
Attachment therapy explores how someone's childhood experiences might affect their ability to form meaningful bonds as an adult. Understanding attachment styles can help clients recognize recurring cycles in communication and conflict.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) helps identify and change negative thought patterns causing distress. It can help to improve mood and behavior by addressing unhelpful thoughts and emotions.
Internal family systems, or IFS, is a type of therapy that believes we are all made up of several parts or sub-personalities. IFS therapy can help you gain a deeper understanding of different parts of yourself that react to stress and trauma.
