I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change happens through a combination of self-understanding, practical support, and a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and able to explore their experiences without judgment.

My work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients overcome distress, process difficult experiences, and move toward a more peaceful, balanced, and focused life. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide a warm, supportive space along with practical tools to guide you toward genuine healing, peace, and freedom.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who may appear “fine” on the outside while internally struggling with overthinking, self-criticism, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we work to better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing healthier coping strategies, emotional resilience, stronger boundaries, and greater self-trust.
