New to Grow
Hi, I’m Liliana, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18+ years of experience helping adults, couples, caregivers, and families navigate life’s challenges. I provide warm, supportive, trauma-informed therapy focused on anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, life transitions, autism support, and emotional healing. My approach blends compassion with practical tools to help clients build insight, resilience, healthier boundaries, and lasting change. I offer telehealth sessions in English and Spanish for clients across Texas.
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what goals you hope to achieve. You are welcome to share at your own pace—there is no pressure to tell your whole story right away. I’ll ask questions to better understand your emotional, relational, and personal history and to identify your strengths and supports. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan tailored to your needs. My style is warm, supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered from the very beginning.
My strengths as a therapist include creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I combine compassion with practical tools to help clients build insight, improve relationships, manage stress, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to better understand themselves, even if they don’t have everything figured out yet. They may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, emotionally exhausted, navigating relationship struggles, trauma, ADHD, autism-related challenges, caregiving stress, or major life transitions. They value a warm, supportive, and honest therapeutic relationship and are open to learning practical tools while also exploring deeper patterns. I work best with clients who want a collaborative, compassionate space where they can feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
