Hello! I am Connie Molina, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I have over 8 years working with adults, seniors, families and teens in various aspects of their lives. I have experience in the medical field such as case management, palliative and hospice care, and also with youth in a non-profit agency in which I work closely with individuals struggling with variety life challenges. I use evidence-based interventions for seniors, adults, teens, that transfer well in virtual therapy. My approach will have focus, structure, and measurement of progress.

In our first session, we will have introductions, what you can expect from therapy and discuss background, specific challenges you’re facing and help develop a plan for future visits. But mostly importantly congratulate you for taking the first step of wanting change. Ongoing sessions will help you identify where you want to be, and working with you on specific approach to get there.

I believe in meeting my client where they are. I believe therapy should be a judgement free environment where we build a relationship that affiliates growth. Asking for help can be difficult, but I am committed to walking with you on your journey.

I enjoy supporting individuals who are open to growth, healing, and meaningful change, even if they are unsure where to start. Just completed my first session of therapy! Connie was immediately goal-oriented, kind, open, and a top tier listener. Even though it was an introduction session, she took the immediate concerns that I brought up and provided some temporary solutions until we can dive deeper in future sessions. I am a talker and am already thoroughly impressed on how she was able to categorize and process my word vomit into legitimate goals to work towards (:
