In our first session, we will have introductions, what you can expect from therapy and discuss background, specific challenges you’re facing and help develop a plan for future visits. But mostly importantly congratulate you for taking the first step of wanting change. Ongoing sessions will help you identify where you want to be, and working with you on specific approach to get there.
I believe in meeting my client where they are. I believe therapy should be a judgement free environment where we build a relationship that affiliates growth. Asking for help can be difficult, but I am committed to walking with you on your journey.
I would love to work with clients who are navigating life transitions, feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day challenges, or struggling to feel like themselves again. I enjoy supporting individuals who are open to growth, healing, and meaningful change, even if they are unsure where to start. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space to help clients move forward towards their goals

Just completed my first session of therapy! Connie was immediately goal-oriented, kind, open, and a top tier listener. Even though it was an introduction session, she took the immediate concerns that I brought up and provided some temporary solutions until we can dive deeper in future sessions. I am a talker and am already thoroughly impressed on how she was able to categorize and process my word vomit into legitimate goals to work towards (:
