About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with expertise working with LGBTQIA+ and Nuerodivergent individuals. Starting therapy can feel scary — but it can also be life-changing. You are brave, and you're not alone. I believe that therapy is ready to work for those who are ready to make the leap. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ it is close to my heart to ensure that all people have a safe, nonjudgmental place to process life's challenges. I also tend to use humor in session as a way to process stressors.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I like to treat our first therapy session as a chance to see if we are a good fit. This session will give you the opportunity to talk about what you are looking for and ask any questions that you may have.

She is a very good listener (ever for the first session) and really made me feel like I was heard.

Lisa is very genuine and real in the sessions. I love her authenticity. I feel like she understands where I’m coming from and offers invaluable insight, per perspective, and potential solutions. She is easy to talk to. I feel like this is a safe space where I can be myself and open up. I don’t feel like Lisa is judging me. I have already recommended this platform to several people that I know.

This therapist is incredibly welcoming and compassionate. From the very first session, she created a space that felt safe, calm, and free of judgment. She is polite, attentive, and truly understanding, making it easy to open up and feel heard. Her presence is warm and grounding, and she approaches each conversation with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a supportive and non‑judgmental therapeutic experience.
