Starting therapy can feel intimidating—especially if you’re used to carrying everything on your own. Have you ever been told to "get over it", that whatever you are going through will be okay, or that what you're going through isn't a big deal? Then I can help! Hi, I’m Debbie, a therapist who believes healing happens through connection, compassion, and honest conversations. I help people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of their next step. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin—just a willingness to start. If this resonates with you, you’re in the right place. 🩷

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is about an hour long so I can get as much history and information about your mental health. The sessions after that will be about 45 minutes. If you need longer or shorter sessions, please discuss this with me.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a Latinx woman therapist, I understand the complexities of navigating identity, mental health, and resilience in spaces that weren’t built for us. I’m here to support your healing journey—on your terms. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, navigating systemic issues, or unpacking family dynamics, we’ll work together to create space for your truth and healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Throughout the course of therapy, we will connect culture and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief or difficult life events and how to overcome them through mindfulness techniques, CBT, and solution-focused strategies.
