Throughout the course of therapy, we will connect culture and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief or difficult life events and how to overcome them through mindfulness techniques, CBT, and solution-focused strategies.

Debbie uses a cultural approach to address anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and grief. Debbie's cultural perspective in therapy allows her to be warm and empathetic with her clients when it comes to cultural barriers to receiving and accepting mental health treatment.
