I will provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space where you can begin to understand your experiences, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change.
In our first session, we will look into what you are seeking help with. I will provide empathic, active listening and a non-judgment, supportive environment. You are free to share as much information as you are comfortable sharing. We will work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
