I am genuine and relatable to everyone I meet, down to earth with a sense of humor. Twenty-two years of marriage and raising six kids has allowed me to see real life up close, and I bring that experience into every session. I’m not here to just listen and nod. We’ll talk about your goals, current stressors, and what you hope to gain from counseling. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My approach to CBT is collaborative and practical. I help clients recognize patterns in their thinking that contribute to anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck, and we work together to challenge and reframe those thoughts. Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

EMDR
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process distressing or traumatic experiences that continue to impact their emotional wellbeing. Christian Counseling
I offer Christian counseling for clients who wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. Sessions may include exploring spiritual beliefs, values, and Scripture alongside evidence-based clinical approaches to support emotional healing, growth, and resilience.
