This review may seem a bit over due, however, that’s by design. My goal was to control and stop drinking, I’m writing this review with 3+ months of sobriety and zero desire to drink again under my belt. I started therapy the last week in April and did 2 sessions a week until June 19th returning to work on June 22nd. I have to say the first week I was skeptical that therapy was the right approach for me but I entered the experience with an open mind and positive attitude. Grow Therapy worked!!

Very welcoming and easy to talk to, for being my 1st therapy in any type of setting I enjoyed the experience and will consider booking more sessions soon.
