New to Grow
Hi, I’m Arielle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up fully as yourself , no filters, no pretending, and no judgment. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, authentic, and down-to-earth while still providing practical tools and support for meaningful change. I’m passionate about helping clients feel seen, heard, and empowered as they work toward healing, balance, and becoming the most authentic version of themselves.
Your first session is all about creating a comfortable and supportive space where you can begin telling your story at your own pace. Therapy with me is collaborative, relaxed, and real — you do not have to show up “perfect” or have everything figured out. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, current stressors, and the goals you hope to accomplish while exploring ways I can best support you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a genuine therapeutic connection where clients feel safe enough to be their unfiltered selves. I balance empathy with honest, practical guidance to help clients navigate difficult emotions, unhealthy patterns, and life stressors in a supportive way. Clients often describe me as relatable, compassionate, and easy to talk to while still helping them stay accountable to their goals. My background in crisis and behavioral health has also strengthened my ability to remain calm, supportive, and solution-focused during challenging moments while helping clients build healthier coping skills and emotional resilience.
I work best with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I especially enjoy working with young adults and professionals who may feel overwhelmed balancing work, relationships, family responsibilities, or major life changes. My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly process emotions, develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, and work through challenges with support and practical guidance. I work well with clients who are motivated for change, open to self-exploration, and seeking a therapist who is compassionate, relatable, and goal-oriented.
