Many of the people I work with are holding everything together on the outside while feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or weighed down by past experiences. I'm a trauma therapist and EMDR therapist who specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and perinatal mental health. Together, we'll make sense of what's keeping you stuck, process difficult experiences, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself you've been missing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. Whether you're seeking support for childhood trauma, pregnancy or postpartum challenges, relationship stress, or overwhelming anxiety, therapy is a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before we meet. Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you've been struggling with, and what you hope will be different in your life. There's no pressure to tell your whole story right away.
