New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Certified Sex Therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples heal, grow, and deepen their connections- emotionally, sexually, and relationally. My approach is warm, collaborative, and sex-positive, creating a space where clients can show up authentically without fear of judgment. I specialize in working with adults navigating kink and BDSM practices, alternative relationship structures including consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, and lifestyle dynamics, as well as concerns related to erotic shame, desire, intimacy, and sexual disconnection.
During our first session, my priority is getting to know you-not just your symptoms or concerns, but who you are and what brings you to therapy. Think of it as the beginning of a conversation rather than an interrogation. We'll discuss what prompted you to seek support, your goals for therapy, and any important aspects of your personal, relational, cultural, or sexual history that may help guide our work together. My approach is affirming, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves.
What sets my work apart is my ability to blend compassion with accountability. I create a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore topics that are often difficult to discuss-including sex, desire, kink, consensual non-monogamy, relationship conflict, shame, and identity- without fear of being misunderstood. I believe therapy should feel collaborative rather than prescriptive, and I tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of the person sitting in front of me.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or feelings of disconnection and develop practical strategies to create meaningful change.
