VirtualAvailable

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing virtual therapy for adults across Texas. My approach is holistic, nervous system–informed, and grounded in helping clients better understand themselves with greater compassion, clarity, and self-awareness. I work with many clients navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, trauma-related patterns, life transitions, and emotional burnout. My style is thoughtful, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and able to explore their experiences at a pace that feels manageable.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a clearer understanding of what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant background experiences, patterns you may be noticing, and what you hope to gain from the therapy process. My approach to first sessions is collaborative and conversational rather than overly clinical or pressured. You do not need to have everything figured out beforehand, and there is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to begin exploring your experiences at a pace that feels manageable for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood, supported, and emotionally safe while also helping them make meaningful connections between their emotions, thought patterns, nervous system responses, and life experiences. I bring an empathetic, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy that balances insight with practical support, helping clients better understand not only what they are experiencing, but why. Clients often describe my approach as calming, validating, collaborative, and grounded. I strive to help clients feel less alone in their experiences while building greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and a more connected relationship with themselves over time.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are thoughtful, introspective, and highly self-aware, yet still find themselves stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty slowing down and feeling fully present in their lives. I often work with individuals navigating anxiety, chronic stress, trauma-related patterns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity shifts, and nervous system dysregulation. I’m also especially passionate about working with highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals seeking a more compassionate and holistic understanding of themselves. My approach tends to resonate with clients who are looking for therapy that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded — a space where they can better understand themselves without fear of judgment or pressure to “have it all figured out.” Many clients are drawn to this work because they want more than temporary coping strategies; they want deeper insight, emotional clarity, and a greater sense of connection to themselves and their lives.

My treatment methods

Somatic

Somatic therapy explores the connection between the mind and body, helping us better understand how stress, emotions, and past experiences can show up physically. In our work together, we may gently notice patterns within the nervous system, increase awareness of bodily sensations, and develop a deeper sense of connection, safety, and understanding within yourself.

Trauma Informed Care

A trauma-informed approach recognizes how overwhelming or painful experiences can shape emotional patterns, relationships, and the nervous system over time. I strive to create a space that feels collaborative, compassionate, and paced in a way that honors your comfort level, rather than pushing you beyond what feels manageable.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based and nervous system–informed therapy focuses on developing greater awareness of your internal experience with curiosity rather than judgment. This approach can support emotional regulation, reduce overwhelm, and help you better understand how your mind and body respond to stress, anxiety, and life experiences.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT can help identify patterns between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and nervous system responses. In my practice, I use CBT in a more flexible and integrative way — not to invalidate your experiences, but to help build awareness, perspective, and new ways of relating to difficult thoughts or patterns.

Polyvagal Therapy

A polyvagal-informed approach helps us understand how the nervous system responds to stress, connection, overwhelm, and perceived safety. Rather than viewing reactions as “overreactions” or personal failures, we explore how your body may be working to protect you — creating more compassion, self-understanding, and flexibility in how you respond to life’s challenges.
